| Hey All -
I have my Sim Self done - I just need to package her. I also haven't done the personality thing yet and need to provide all of that information.
I plan on designing the house sometime this weekend and hopefully I can begin in the middle of next week sometime.
So much to do! This will be so fun though - so I can't wait.

| Got you, Em. Mid next week is good for me, as well. I can start on Wed. All I have to do is find a place to live - I have a couple of houses downloaded that I'll be checking out, and failing that I'll (gulp!) build something. I've already got a brand new neighborhood just for us - and will create new townies, too. So there will be lots of cute new guys for us to fight over, I mean check out, lol. I can't install Ulli. =( It keeps telling me the package contains expansion pack data that I don't have. Is she wearing an outfit from one of the stuff packs? I have all ep's - except the garden and mansions one, but the only stuff packs I have are Happy Holiday, Glamor Life, and Celebration Stuff. | |

Nothing more from the CI. Have I done something wrong with the package? I have all Sp´s and Ep´s installed.

| Thanks, Ulli. In case I haven't told you before, I think your simself is cute too. I like the picture of her you're using as your avvy now. I just installed Ulli Sim, using cleanpack installer and had no problems. I don't have any stuff packs and only some eps. Did you try to use CI, Ari? I think I might go ahead and put the three of us in the game, if I get a chance and then add our other three sisters when Sugah, Hunter, and Elle get their sims ready. I won't play any of us until we're all in the game, but I might go ahead and make us in CAS. If I split us into two groups, then that's twice as much starting money. | |

| Thanks. Didn't think to try that. It seems to have installed from cleanpack - so we'll see how it goes!
Hey Em - if you split us into two groups - how do you make sure we'll be siblings? Do you have to use boolprop? Or I think the simblender might do something like that.

| I took the Personality Test.
I got:
Neat - 8 Outgoing - 9 Active - 6 Playful - 8 Nice - 6
I don't think I agree with all of it - but okay.
Here's my info:
Name: V Astrological Sign - Leo Personality Points - Neat - 8, Outgoing - 9, Active - 6, Playful - 8, Nice - 6 Aspiration - Family Secondary Aspiration - Pleasure Turn ons - Dark Hair and Logical (Or Employed) Turn off - Unemployed Preferred Occupation - Business Preferred Hobby - Film and Literature Gender Preference - Male - I prefer human Clothing Style - Casual & Comfy in pretty much any color/color combination I don't wear ruffles or bows or sequins. I am not a t-shirt and jean girl and I have one pair of sneakers I MIGHT wear once a year.
I'm a monogamous person now - but if you're playing me about 10 years back I was pretty ho'ish I guess and might have been experimental with both genders.........we don't really know. Could make the play fun.
I'll upload V shortly with some pics.
Too much fun. | |

| I thought of that, Ari. I could either go back and edit the relationships or make us all just sisters in spirit, but maybe I will go ahead and wait. I went ahead and made some neighbor boys for us to play with and that took some time. I just have a feeling I'm going to fall behind, so I thought I'd try to get a jump on it from the start, so I don't put it off. Hunter, you can change whatever you don't agree with on the test. I think that might be too many personality points for CAS anyway. I hate that every sim has to start off with exactly 25 personality points. How silly is that? I'll have to copy down your info in my notes. | |

| Okay, I tweaked my Simself a wee bit and this is what I've come up with. The hair is a bit shorter and layered differently than I wear it, but I really like it on Miss Sugah. I'm not sure about the ensemble. For some reason, the pretty Poet's blouse Hunter and I like so much has a weird black shading around the lower arms. It wasn't visible on my second computer, but this one - with the good graphics card - I can see it. I might choose another outfit before I package her up. Anyhoo, I'm getting closer. Just need to open her up in CAS, double check the personality points, then will have her ready to go by tonight! | |

| OMG! That's so weird. I get that weird black shading on those blouses, too, now that I have better graphics. It's so sad, because I love those shirts. =( Anyway - aren't you just adorable? What a bunch of cute sisters I have. | |

| So you didn't notice it on the Poet blouses BEFORE you got your great graphics card? It IS weird and I do not know how to alter the mesh to make it go away, unfortunately, Ari. The only thing I can think of to do is recolor shirts with darker material/fabric/textures, so the black shadow doesn't show up as much. I don't know if you caught it, but awhile ago I commented how absolutely beautiful your new Simself is. I love her! What a coinky dink! I have beautiful Sim sisters, too! ;) Added later: Okay, this is interesting. I took a pic of Sophie Rigatoni wearing the same Poet's blouse IN GAME (not in CAS or BodyShop) and her sleeves do not appear blackened. What do you make of this? CAS Mode - Where they DO look shadowy/darker Also, Sugah is all equal points across the board. You remembered well, Emily. | |

| Those blouses are weird for me too.
When I recolor them in BodyShop - black/dark sleeves - in game - just fine.
Sorry for the quickie post here - but my joints are achy.

- Thank you - but I have to confess....Mom had an affair with the Mail Elf and I'm the result. She asked me to keep it a secret...but you're my sisters, I can't hold it in any longer. So I'm really only your half sister.
With as different as we all might end up looking, maybe Mom was shacking up with more than just the mail elf. Even if you are half-elf, we love you as our sister anyway. Your simself is looking good, Sugah! Here's some of the hunky guys who are going to live in our neighborhood. It seems like all of us prefer dark-haired guys, so that's what I went with mostly. (I would have made that one of my turn ons, but I couldn't decide between brown and black either. I did the opposite and made red haired guys my turn off, blonds I'm neutral about.) For some reason the random generator I was using kept coming up with romance for their aspirations, so I gave them the last name Heartbreaker. I might have to do something about that...

| They are all scrumptious, Em. And I like blonde men, too. A cute guy is a cute guy - I just usually gravitate toward darker haired men in RL. | |

| I have learnt a new word scrumptious ( I only hope I can remember it:)) They are very delicate your boys Em. I don´t prefer blond guys, sorry :( Sugah your selfsim is awesome. I do have beautiful sisters. It looks like we had a busy mum. | |

| By delicate, do you mean thin, Ulli? I'm not into big, bulky guys, so I don't have a lot bodybuilder, slim bodybuilder clothes in my game. Instead of having sims that would change body types when they showered or changed clothes, I just used the standard body type for all of them. I made one blonde guy, just in case one of us prefered blondes, but since it looks like we all prefer dark haired men, so far, I'll stick to adding dark-haired men to our neighborhood from now on. ;) I think most, if not all of them, were guys that I downloaded from somewhere or other. I remember downloading the Italian guys Ed made for Sugah recently, thinking I'd put them in the hood too, but I didn't recognize them in CAS. I sometimes don't install everything in the packages when I install a new sim. I don't remember the name of the guy in gold... I used a random name generator. But I'll try to find out sometime for you, Ari. Maybe your paths will cross once we start playing this challenge. | |

Thank you, Em and Ulli. I'm pretty happy with her now. Think I'm gonna leave that ensemble on her, too, since her sleeve isn't blackened in game as much. If I find another outfit I'd like Sugah to wear, I'll just suggest it to you all, if that's okay. Hey, the neighborhood's lookin' better all the time with Em's yummy single fellas comin' on the scene. NOW we're talking! I'll be looking forward to learning more about them (their signs, etc). The one in the gold golf shirt is particularly cute...Old Sugah is hoping he's a Taurus, Scorpio or Virgo fella. lol I hope to find (or build) a home for our Sim siblings & have my Sugah packaged up today. I'm going to do the "generate new townies & npcs" trick, in case I failed to mention that before. So, we'll have new faces in the hood. Em, I think Ed packages up the body builder meshes in the zip with the Sims 2 PK, so you'd need to install them separately. That may be why they're unrecognizable in CAS. We're gettin' closer, folks. Besides mine, whose Simself are we waiting on?

I have to go back to Best Buy today; I bought the wrong cord :sigh:. Everything seems to be going wrong for me today.

| I've decided I'm going to be a "ho" and date all of Em's guy Simmies!! Okay seriously.........I've found a few homes that I think will work. I need to check them out in game and make a decision. I also have a little back story thought up. I have a lot of ideas.......guess I need to execute them don't I. All of your Simmies are very lovely thus far Ladies. Em's males are delicious - any chance she'd share? I'll try to upload Self Sim tonight. "Hi Ho, Hi Ho........" I do think I'm going to play me circa 1999 or 2000 though. I was a very bad girl. That should make it fun. | |

| Hunter, were you going to start a new thread/section for this project? I've got Sugah packaged and zipped. HERE she is. And so you don't have to scroll back a few pages for the info: Name: Sugah Astrological Sign - Cancer Personality Points - Neat - 5, Outgoing -5, Active - 5, Playful - 5, Nice - 5 (Did I miss anything? lol) Aspiration - Family Secondary Aspiration - Knowledge Turn ons - Employed & Dark Hair (you pick - brown or black) Turn off - Unemployed Preferred Occupation - Paranormal (that one sounds like fun!), Education, Gamer or Intelligence (you pick!) Preferred Hobby - Film and Literature Gender Preference - Male (preferably human) Clothing Style - Casual & Comfy ... I like aqua, coral, orange-red, cinnamon & caramel on me best ... nothing too dressy or fancy and I can't wear heals in real life ... horrible ankles! I don't wear navy, gray, burgundy, pink or any other summer/winter shades. I am a definite "spring" through and through. I don't have Seasons, but I'll go with starting the game in Spring, so we're all dressed accordingly. I'm definitely a one man kinda woman, not into real pale skin or aliens. | |
