I finally finished the beach house. I did take out the backyard and put grass back in. That still might change. But, this is what I have so far. This is their reading room/library. Interesting story to go along with it. I got this Private Message over at Black Pearl. One of the ladies over there used the texture she did for my request for a counter and made this. She made the chair, ottoman and curtains. Here's the kitchen using the same texture. Here's a different shot of the downstairs. That's the Phoenix sofa set from Holy Simoly. Some of the odds and ends I did. I recolored the placemats on the table. I did the vases using the same texture including the branches that come out. Here's the bedroom.

The blue, white & green look pretty together and are a good choice for a beach house, Ed. I like that fabric MUCHO. Do you know where it came from? What site? I love the bed, dining room set and the Phoenix sofa from HS. The white frames are a perfect contrast to the bold green and blue. You did a fine job on the place mats and vase. Bravo, dahling! _________________ Specializing in CC recolors, custom walls, prime real estate, Sim models and so much more. ... Always free - Updated weekly ...

| I agree with Sugah - the colors are PERFECT for a beach house Ed. I have a question Sir......might you consider opening a design studio??? You have a knack for creating perfect rooms Ed. _________________ "I'm gonna smile because I deserve to........"

I think I'm going to pass on the design studio idea. I'm flattered you think that highly of my concepts. But, it's just something I do with an idea or something I've seen. That striped texture is the perfect example. I just did everything I could think of within reason and used it. I think I may have become obsessed or addicted to it. The chair, ottoman and curtains were a gift to me. If you look at the package file, It says, For_Edward. That just shocked me. It was really very nice of her to do that for me.

I honestly can't remember where I got it from. But, I can add it to a post so you can have it. I'll do that later on.

Fabulous! Thank you, dahling! [Added later @ 1] I decided to use the Seaside Stripes fabric on Mummysim's (a most hospitable and generous creator of Sims Divine) Lilliberg Arm Chair for my own personal use. Aerial view, so you can see the decore. It's part of a new set I'm offering at Sugah's Place this week: Villeneuve in Canary (bedroom) The wall and carpet are also part of the set. (That's Stephen King's Duma Key book, btw. I just finished it and thought I'd use it in the set. ) I'm beat. Gonna turn in. Will return on the morrow! Thanks, again, Ed. _________________ Specializing in CC recolors, custom walls, prime real estate, Sim models and so much more. ... Always free - Updated weekly ...

I'm glad you like it. Sorry the images are so dark. They're taken on a "model home" empty lot, where I can't turn the lights on. No one lives there. _________________ Specializing in CC recolors, custom walls, prime real estate, Sim models and so much more. ... Always free - Updated weekly ...
